<mihi>cosinusoidally, Googulator: The syntax is/was "knight site:logs.guix.gnu.org inurl:bootstrappable" and still works. But you have to keep in mind that Google limits the number of results it returns from a single domain (even when giving site: parameter), so when you find something you cannot be certain the results are complete.
<matrix_bridge><cosinusoidally> @irc_libera_mihi:stikonas.eu: that search gives me a grand total of 4 results. A long time ago (some point between 5-10 years ago) Google would have returned a huge number of results, almost as if it had a full text index of every site.
<matrix_bridge><cosinusoidally> https://logs.guix.gnu.org/bootstrappable/search?query=knight doesn't even return mentions of knight from the last few days. Maybe there's a cron job that periodically creates an index using only the last year's worth of messages? If so maybe that can be bumped to the whole history? There can't be more than a couple of megs of messages.
<matrix_bridge><cosinusoidally> heh, bing returns more results.
<mihi>it's about 36 MB and should contain knight in 181 files/days. I pushed the files to https://github.com/schierlm/bootstrappable-log-mirror, but it seems that GitHub cannot search in repos just after creating them either.
<mihi>probably rekado knows more about how that guix channel logging is set up.
<matrix_bridge><cosinusoidally> thanks, that mirror will probably come in handy
<kpcyrd>oriansj: thanks for appreciating :) I'm going to be around at reproducible builds summit in 2-ish weeks
