<daviid>RhodiumToad: curious, did libadwaita 1.4.x landed in freebsd? i mean, are you able to run the adw1-demo g-golf port, or not yet?
<daviid>ACTION hopes that RhodiumToad still follows #gtk, and reads the wall of things he's writing, asking for hints/suggestions to debug a misterious adw-message-dialog-choose call that fails to pass its user-data argument value -> gio async-ready-callback callback data argument ...
<ieugen>@rlb: Happy to see you working on lokke. I hope to help sometime. Now I'm just lurking here :) . If you need help with things, making issues and marking them as such might help
<RhodiumToad>daviid: libadwaita in freebsd ports is currently on 1.4.0, but I've not had a chance to try it
<daviid>RhodiumToad: ok, if you install the libadwaita package, all you have to do to try is 'cd <g-golf-git-repo>/examples/adw-1; ./adw1-demo.scm' - assuming you pulled the latest and run the configure/make/install danse, it now includes the 'Style Classes' demo page
<rlb>ieugen: thanks -- I've been less active there for a bit (spent most of that time on the proposed guile utf-8 conversion, and also owe a bunch of review elsewhere), but I suspect I'll get back to it in a while. There's also a *very* quiet #lokke channel, fwiw.
<rlb>And for now, the "todo list", such as it is, is scattered around in the README and DESIGN (with an actual section named TODO in the latter), but basically anything mentioned in those files (or that you discover) that's "not quite right" yet is a candidate -- and it's a long list.
<rlb>You're also welcome to badger me all you like on #lokke.
<ieugen>thanks, I joined the channel. I hope to start using it for some stuff, to explore it
<ieugen>I am a bit behin on learning guile myself and promissed I would fix some issues in toys repo :)
