<vijaymarupudi>daviid: Regarding g-golf, which branch is the latest one? I see that master has more recent commits compared to devel, which is what I was using.
<daviid>vijaymarupudi: yes, i hotfixed a few bugs, while wip on devel ... use master indeed, at least for now :)
<sneek>daviid, you have 1 message!
<sneek>daviid, tohoyn says: the bug has disappeared here, to
<daviid>sneek: later tell tohoyn i just pushed another patch to the master branch, which solves the <g-simple-action> 'activate signal callback, which prior to this patch would raise an exception, even when the g-variant callback arg is #f ... so now, this (simplified and 'coding style' reviewed) example works fine - https://paste.gnome.org/ppmsyhpfl
<sneek>Will do.
<daviid>sneek later tell tohoyn note that the gnome paste messed-up the indentation of the 'activate callback, line 43-47 - just paste the code in emacs and reindent that region ...
<sneek>Will do.
<vijaymarupudi>daviid: Thanks, will do that!

<Zelphir>Hi stis
<mwette>Just re-built guile-3.0.7 on Ubuntu 21.10 (debian 11.0); required --without-included-regex, and test-out-of-memory fails; didn't happen w/ 21.04.
<rlb>mwette: might want to take a look at the debian patches if you don't have them https://salsa.debian.org/rlb/deb-guile/-/tree/deb/guile-3.0/d/sid/master/debian/patches -- say maybe 0005.
<rlb>Some of the failures those patches address were intermittent, possibly arch-sensitive, etc.
<rlb>Though I haven't recently reviewed them to see if there are any we can drop.
<mwette>rlb: thanks -- you are always on top of this
