<jlicht>janneke: I can’t seem to run the time-machine snippet, is channels.sh perhaps a typo?
<janneke>jlicht: oops?
<jlicht>congrats either way :)
<janneke>jlicht: thanks :)
<aggi>reading the announcement mail for GNU mes-0.27.2
<aggi>can't yet fully clear it mentally, circulating around a question of a common baseline
<aggi>if/when/how-often live-bootstrap would git-pull GNU mes updates for example
<aggi>not a most critical issue of cause, i'm still stuck at tcc-0.9.26 and the feasibility to rebase GNU mes-cc and/or pnut-cc for tcc mob/HEAD
<janneke>jlicht: yeah, the url should be https://cgit.git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/mes.git/plain/build-aux/channels.scm
<janneke>so: guix time-machine --channels=https://cgit.git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/mes.git/plain/build-aux/channels.scm -- shell mes
<janneke>thanks for the headsup
<aggi>in any case, good to see GNU mes is continously stabilized
<aggi>seems latest release doesn't contain breaking changes, so i might pull it for tiny-bootstrap
<aggi>seems that too needs an M2-Planet update
<aggi>"Several pre-1.13.1 M2-Planet workarounds were removed", that's a version from 2025 already integrated i think
<janneke>aggi: 0.27.2 should reall be bugfixes only
<janneke>but yeah, one person's fix is another person's changed behavior
<aggi>in any case, thanks for notifying.
