<stikonas>janneke: ok, all fixed on stage0-posix side, new release (1.9.1) is now out, so you don't need to include that newline workaround
<janneke>snuik: later tell stikonas: lovely
<snuik>Got it.
<janneke>snuik: later tell stikonas: using the new m2-planet defines with m2-planet 1.11.0 or 1.12.0, i get: scaffold/hello.M1:58 :Received invalid other; cmp; so i'm keeping the cmp define
<snuik>Okay.
<janneke>snuik: botsnack!
<snuik>:)
<janneke>snuik: later tell stikonas: bah, m2-planet 1.13.0 miscompiles x86_64 mes: (system "true") does not return 0 but 140733193388032; 1.12.0 seems ok. seems to have to do with lib/linux/wait4.c
<snuik>Sure thing.
<janneke>snuik: botsnack
<snuik>(y)
<matrix_bridge><Andrius Štikonas> Argh, will take a look
<matrix_bridge><Andrius Štikonas> janneke: I guess for now target 1.12.0 as originally planned
<matrix_bridge><Andrius Štikonas> And if you add defines for 1.13 too (but keeping cmp in as well), this should allow for another M2-Planet bugfix release to build mes...
<janneke>stikonas: yeah, that's my plan: check 1.11.0, target 1.12.0 and have macros/preparations for 1.13
<janneke>thanks!
<fossy>stikonas: sorry about the delay in replying, i had a bit of a review of re2c bootstrap and it looks reasonably solid to me, i haven't checked all versions for pregenerated files but the early ones seem to be clean at least insofar as re2c relying on itself
<fossy>(well, i.e. you fixed it)
<mihi>speaking of the mailing list - am I the only person who did not receive any e-mail via the list since July 2024?
<mihi>(while still being subscribed, of course)
<stikonas>mihi: maybe you configured it not to send emails?
<snuik>stikonas, you have 3 messages
<snuik>stikonas, janneke says: lovely

<mihi>stikonas, not intentionally :)
<mihi>more thinking about dkim/arc stuff since the last ones I received were flagged as Spam, and now they just disappear...
<mihi>stikonas, can you check if the emails you receive pass DKIM/ARC/SPF checks?
<stikonas>yeah, dkim passes
<mihi>Tried to unset vacation mode, received email that it was not set to begin with. So I now unsubscribed and resubscribed and will see if next emails will appear... :)
<stikonas>fossy: thanks for reviewing that. I guess this is another point towards using git snapshots over tarballs
<stikonas>in fact I initially missed some of the pregenerated files in re2c because I started with tarballs
