<pabs3>oriansj: sounds like it has very a specific customer base that probably is locked into it and can't migrate <oriansj>pabs3: For something as expensive as nonstop servers (which are $100K+ per), the customers are not people but companies. Companies don't get locked into Operating Systems, they get locked into userspace programs that produce value. So either the companies that "support" those applications are dead (and then they really should be planning a migration away) or are unwilling to port their code to Linux (usually can be changed with an offer <oriansj>of money but usually a good sign of them being unable to actually understand their application enough to port)
