<stikonas>had a go at making hex0 smaller for amd64 (for now I just have GAS version) but it looks like it should go down from 292 bytes to 228 (120 for elf header and 108 for code)

<stikonas>(current attempt https://paste.debian.net/1334302/ in case somebody can spot any other potential savings)

<stikonas>oh, and I can make hex0 on x86 go from 190 to 182 bytes by overlapping elf header parts

<stikonas>beginning of program section header is the same as the end of preceeding part of elf header
