<OriansJ`>so I guess it is more NixOS will incorporate any bootstrapping progress GuixOS makes but I don't know any developers from NixOS who are making actual pieces for the bootstrap. However as stated by janneke there are 2 that are integrating the MesCC and mescc-tools bits.
