<OriansJ`>Darius: we we do have a C with exactly 2 primitive types (ints and chars) http://git.savannah.nongnu.org/cgit/stage0.git/tree/stage2/High_level_prototypes/cc_x86 and it would only take a 50 line diff to make it typeless but then string operations become alot more awkard... Hence why C has explicit types

<Darius>OriansJ`, cool, thanks
<xentrac>yeah, I do think B acquired types rather quickly once it was on the PDP-11, thus becoming C; on the PDP-7, which wasn't byte-oriented, the need for types was less pressing
<markjenkinsznc>OriansJ, after working on my unpublished speculative bootstrap project for a few weeks I finally got back to my stage0 knight dissembler
<markjenkinsznc>I've fixed my showstopper bug so I'll have a PR with the code squashed to one commit soon
<markjenkinsznc>There we go, PR https://github.com/oriansj/stage0/pull/31
<xentrac>congratulations!
