<oriansj>ok, I added an example manpage for M2-Planet, updated the formatting of the manpages for mescc-tools
<oriansj>I guess the next logical step is to just byte the bullet and add define-macro to slow_lisp
<oriansj>and I am really liking how the performance even when built with M2-Planet is still reasonable
<xentrac>wonderful!
<xentrac>slow_lisp not so slow after all
<xentrac>what do you think is the most important part to document first?
<zig>working on your own is hard, let's go shopping!
<oriansj>xentrac: what new people would most stumble upon and get stuck at (I am terrible at finding that)
<oriansj>zig: well buying programmers is expensive; unless I go the Microsoft route and just offer pizza and energy drinks.
<zig>:D
<oriansj>which also raise the question of how to even arrange that with available funds

<civodul>howdy, comrades!
<janneke>hi civodul!
<vagrantc>for those following along at home, we've got guix and nix builds of mes that are bit-for-bit identical, but when i packaged for debian we've maybe found a bug in the nix/guix builds :)
<civodul>extreme bootstrapping!
<vagrantc>and, we've got bit-for-bit identical mes on three distros!
<oriansj>nice, now for the really important part
<oriansj>is it bit-or-bit identicial when bootstrapped from the 257byte bootstrap binary?
<zig>rejoice!
<zig>it is a milestone!
<vagrantc>oriansj: haven't tried down to that level yet
