I manually fixed the cycles in guix-cran and should probably update the script do to remove self-references automatically. <PurpleSym>I’m still seeing the compatibility warning in the plot tab of RStudio by the way, even though both, engine version and supported version, are 16. <rekado>PurpleSym: can you reproduce this in “guix shell -C” outside of the home directory (to avoid .local/share/rstudio)?
