<zimoun>hi!
<zimoun>hi!
<zimoun>civodul, rekado: about ccwl, it misses a quick edition, IMHO. For instance double-spaces, few hyperlinks.
<rekado>I haven’t read it yet :-/
<efraim>oops, forgot about python-2.4
<civodul>zimoun`: re ccwl, i can try and take a look tomorrow or Thursday if nobody beats me at it
<zimoun`>civodul: I just sent an email with 8 comments for improving. At least, from my taste.
<civodul>great!
<civodul>a colleague of mine was running guix-daemon... 0.15.0!
<civodul>"guix pull" wouldn't work from there, due to missing srfi-71
<drakonis>that's nearly 4 years old
<drakonis>wow.
<rekado>my colleague installed Guix a couple of years ago on one of our servers. And never upgraded once it was in place. It was at 0.13.0.
<rekado>oops.
<rekado>integration with puppet is lacking; it would be nice to have a puppet module or something to ensure that guix-daemon and co are kept up-to-date
<civodul>ah yes
<civodul>i know nothing about Puppet, but that shouldn't be too hard?
*civodul has to go
<civodul>ttyl!
<rekado>shouldn’t be too hard, but someone’s gotta do all that thinking :
<rekado>)
<rekado>in other news: I patched blakefiler.py so much that it now generates a huge but incomplete Makefile for the //src/main/cpp:client target of bazel itself.
<rekado>I still can’t use it on the main target //src:bazel, and I don’t know if its worth patching beyond this point
