*rekado pushed the CRAN upgrades to the “master” branch

<rekado>zimoun: if you haven’t started with the Bioconductor upgrade (i.e. upgrading all packages to the current version without bumping the Bioconductor version) then I’ll do that tonight.

<rekado>zimoun: I’m starting the bioc upgrades now.

<rekado>zimoun: there’s nothing to be done as the tarballs for the latest versions of the old bioc release are no longer available :-/

<rekado>this affects r-rhdf5, r-biomart, and r-inspect

<rekado>all others appear to be at the latest version already

<rekado>so we can move on to bumping the version number and doing the full upgrade
